Package includes: Organization A Day To Remember will design a customized planning schedule for you to keep the planning process on track and make it enjoyable and stress free. This will include a schedule of vendor appointments, deposits, and payments. Budget management A Day To Remember will help you devise and then stick to your wedding budget. We provide you with budget updates as vendors and products are selected, and offer creative solutions that allow you to stay within your budget without compromising your style. Creative design services A Day To Remember will translate your vision into a unique wedding concept that will add personality and style to your day. We will guide you in your selection of specific design elements such as your dress, ceremony and reception locations, menu, wedding decor, flowers, centerpieces, linens, tablescapes, lighting, and entertainment. Location scouting A Day To Remember will help you research and select your wedding locations, including the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and brunch locations. We will perform appropriate site surveys and assist you in negotiating and reviewing the contracts. Vendor selection A Day To Remember will introduce you to Colorado or Chicagoland's best wedding vendors, including caterers, florists, photographers, bands, cake decorators, and stylists. Flourish staff will obtain estimates, attend vendor planning sessions, and arrange portfolio viewings, menu tasting and face time with the principals. Contract negotiation A Day To Remember will review and negotiate vendor estimates, proposals, and contracts. Vendor liaison and communication A Day To Remember will act as a liaison, communicating your wedding style and preferences to your vendors. We will manage your wedding planning on a day-to-day basis with your vendors, ensuring they have all the necessary event details, including an exhaustive event timeline. We will accompany vendors on location walk through where appropriate. We promise to triple check all the details. Print coordination A Day To Remember will assist with the selection, wording, printing, and mailing of all your printed wedding materials, including save-the-date cards, invitations, maps, programs, place cards, menu cards, and thank you notes. Guest list maintenance & seating assignments A Day To Remember will track, record, and coordinate your wedding responses and meal requests. We will assist with the coordination of the seating assignments, including unique ideas for designing your escort-card table. Out of town guests To help your out-of-town guests have a comfortable and stress-free stay, we can help you secure accommodations, negotiate room blocks, arrange for hotel gift baskets, and plan additional events as needed. Wedding Blueprint A Day To Remember will prepare a comprehensive "wedding blueprint," a detailed map of your wedding day plans that will allow us to effectively manage your wedding weekend from ceremony rehearsal to reception tear down. It will be distributed to and reviewed with all your vendors. Ceremony coordination A Day To Remember will help you choreograph ceremony activities, including the procession and recession, seating assignments, usher responsibilities, and manage the ceremony rehearsal. We will circulate a detailed schedule of events and responsibilities to your wedding party. On the day of the wedding, we will assist ushers, cue the wedding party in the processional and recessional, and help with pre- and post-ceremony photo sessions. On-site reception coordination and management A Day To Remember will provide complete wedding day coordination, including the appropriate level of staffing to effectively manage all aspects of your wedding reception. Wedding Day Plus Package
Many couples just need a little help planning their perfect wedding day. They have a few ideas in mind but just don't have the time to do all the leg work of ordering supplies or putting everything together. This package will help bring everything all together!

Package includes: Initial consultation to determine your individual wedding style Included are 10 consulting and planning hours, 1 hour rehearsal time and 8 on-site hours for ceremony and reception. Review and confirm all vendor agreements and contracts Excellent vendor referrals, as needed Develop a detailed wedding day timeline Place orders for wedding supplies and products, to include, (but not limited to) invitations, programs, accessories, etc., as needed Contact your vendors to make any necessary changes when necessary Assist in design and style of ceremony and reception decor Re-confirm all vendor contracts, services ordered and delivery times one to two weeks prior to your ceremony and reception Do final walk through of ceremony and reception site(s) Set up, coordinate and direct your rehearsal, ceremony and reception

Day Of Package
Many couples are able to plan most of their wedding themselves, but desire to keep the day itself stress free. With "Day Of" wedding coordination, brides and grooms who have spent so much time attending to details can relax and experience their wedding day as a guest.

Our "Day Of" wedding package begins a full two months prior to your big day. There are two reasons for this. First, we believe this amount of time is necessary for the bride and groom to communicate their vision of the day to their planner, and for the planner to double check all the details and draw up an accurate wedding blueprint. Second, our "Day Of" couples feel confident and stress free sooner, so they can participate joyfully in all of their pre-wedding activities.

Package includes: Two consultations with the couple Review of vendor contracts and vendor confirmation Preparation of what we call a wedding "blueprint," a detailed map of your wedding day plans that will allow us to effectively manage your wedding weekend from rehearsal to reception tear down Creation and distribution of a wedding weekend itinerary for all wedding vendors and major participants (e.g. members of the wedding party) Ceremony rehearsal
